The goal is to help the client recover safely and comfortably at home while reducing the risk of falls, complications, missed medications, or unnecessary hospital readmission.

This service is ideal for clients recovering from procedures such as hip or knee replacement, cardiac surgery, abdominal surgery, wound-related procedures, cosmetic surgery, or any surgery where extra support is needed at home.

Service Details

Surgery Recovery Care can be customized based on the client’s procedure, discharge instructions, mobility level, pain level, and family support. Services may include:

  • Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene support 
  • Mobility support: walking assistance, transfer support, fall-prevention support 
  • Meal preparation: nutritious meals, hydration reminders, feeding assistance if needed 
  • Medication reminders: helping clients remember medication schedules
